Our client is a leading international FMCG organisation with a strong presence in Belgium and a well-established People & Organisation function. Within its Belgian HR team, a dedicated Payroll & HR Administration department is looking for a senior professional to ensure operational continuity, guide the team and further strengthen its payroll and administration processes.

Beschrijving van de functie

As an Freelance Senior HR Administration & Payroll, your responsibilities are:

• Supervise and guide the Payroll & HR Administration team in daily activities ;
• Oversee contract administration, pension administration and employee changes ;
• Manage and review severance pay, allowances, 13th month and annual bonus processes ;
• Guide the implementation of a new time & attendance solution, ensuring Belgian compliance ;
• Supervise the junior team member responsible for the Protime implementation ;
• Implement internal audit recommendations and strengthen HR administration processes ;
• Review and improve payroll processes, including the relationship with payroll providers ;
• Work hands-on with SAP and ensure accurate, compliant and timely HR administration ;

Jouw profiel

A successful Freelance Senior HR Administration & Payroll should have:

• Senior experience in Belgian payroll and HR administration ;
• Proven hands-on experience with payroll-related operational processes ;
• Strong knowledge of Belgian social legislation and payroll practices ;
• Experience supervising or coaching junior payroll/HR administration professionals ;
• Familiarity with CP200 and Belgian employment conditions ;
• Experience with time & attendance systems; Protime experience is a strong plus ;
• Structured, hands-on and comfortable taking ownership of operational matters ;
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work independently ;
