Beschrijving van de functie
- Ondersteunen bij het opstellen en beheren van arbeidsovereenkomsten en personeelsdossiers.
- Beheren van afwezigheden, tijdsregistratie en sociale documenten.
- Mee opvolgen van het rekruteringsproces: vacatures publiceren, cv's screenen, interviews inplannen.
- Onthaal en onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers voorbereiden.
- Ondersteunen bij interne communicatie en HR-projecten.
- Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers bij HR-gerelateerde vragen.
- Administratieve ondersteuning bij opleidingen, evaluaties en welzijnsacties
- Algemene ondersteuning van het gehele HR-team
Jouw profiel
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring of sterke interesse in HR-administratie.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, discreet en klantgericht.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en houdt van afwisseling.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en/of Engels.
- Je bent een teamspeler, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en leert snel nieuwe tools aan
