Our client is a leading Belgian FMCG company with a strong portfolio of recognised consumer brands and a clear focus on brand development and innovation. The Marketing team is looking for a senior freelance professional who can independently drive transversal projects and support the business during a period of transition.

As a Freelance Senior Brand Manager Innovation your responsibilities are:

• Lead brand management and innovation projects from concept to execution ;
• Drive product development initiatives using Stage-Gate processes ;
• Manage brand equity, positioning and strategic brand development ;
• Coordinate operational aspects of product launches, including packaging and labels ;
• Manage digital brand assets and coordinate processes with external agencies
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment across projects ;
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables and priorities independently ;
• Identify risks and anticipate next steps to ensure smooth project delivery ;

Jouw profiel

A successful Freelance Senior Brand Manager Innovation should have:

• Senior experience as a Brand Manager, ideally within FMCG ;
• Strong expertise in brand management and brand equity ;
• Proven experience in product innovation and development ;
• Familiarity with Stage-Gate or similar innovation processes ;
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills ;
• Hands-on and operational, with strong attention to detail ;
• Independent, proactive and able to anticipate and solve issues ;
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a strong plus ;
