Business Analyst – Solution Design
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Start Date: 31 August 2026
Duration: 6 months
Experience: 8–10 years
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support solution design and translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, challenge and document business requirements .
- Translate business needs into functional specifications such as FR, HLSR and SBIA .
- Work closely with architects and designers to define target flows and data models.
- Validate solution feasibility and alignment with architecture.
- Contribute to functional design decisions across subscription, parties and business domains .
- Ensure consistency across systems such as CMD, eSubscription and Inquiry.
Key Skills
- 8–10 years of experience in Business Analysis .
- Strong requirements gathering and functional specification skills.
- Experience working with architects and solution designers.
- Strong understanding of Agile ways of working .
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
