Business Analyst Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission for a Business Analyst, where you will represent Keystone Solutions on-site at a client in Brussels. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects, bringing your expertise to diverse client environments and contributing to operational transformation and governance in close collaboration with management and teams.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct operational and/or functional analyses to strengthen operational frameworks and proactively contribute to transformation, steering, and governance of recovery activities.
• Initiate and coordinate transformation plans in a continuous improvement context, aiming to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and user experience while reducing risk costs.
• Challenge existing processes and propose ideas to achieve financial gains or cost avoidance in Opex.
• Analyze, identify, and understand business needs, and analyze data to better understand operational processes.
• Ensure smooth communication between business and technical teams to guarantee clear understanding of needs and solutions.
• Translate operational needs into functional and technical requirements (as is/to be).
• Proactively support projects with operational impact, including reflection, development, and testing.
• Help validate scope and requirements, and calculate or challenge potential gains.
• Be responsible for results and quality of tests related to operational projects.
• Contribute to the management and resolution of operational incidents.
• Handle flow management, reporting, and activity monitoring (B.A.U).
• Facilitate operational transition before production releases by documenting changes.
• Propose solutions that integrate both business and technical aspects.

Required Experience and Knowledge:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory technical experience: Knowledge of Miles.
• Mandatory business experience: Knowledge of leasing.
