Student HR Content & SharePoint Migration Support
Step into the world of HR and digitization! A leading international organization in the Machelen/Diegem area is looking for a structured and enthusiastic student to join our HR team full-time for a month. In this role, you will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review, clean up, and seamlessly migrate valuable HR documentation to a new SharePoint platform, directly improving internal communication for all employees.

Profil
Qualifications
? Currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor's or Master's degree).
? Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
? Digitally savvy and quick to pick up new platforms (SharePoint knowledge is a plus, not a requirement).
¿? Excellent written communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
? Independent worker with a proactive mindset and a reliable, professional attitude.
? Fully available full-time for the entire month of October 2026.
Key Responsibilities
? Reviewing and cleaning up existing HR documents (policies, work instructions, guides, and FAQs).
? Reformatting content to align with new SharePoint templates and style guidelines.
? Uploading and organizing documentation within the new SharePoint platform.
? Creating and verifying internal links, references, and cross-document connections.
¿? Identifying outdated or duplicate content and coordinating resolution with subject matter experts.
? Maintaining a clear progress log for the migration process.
? Performing quality checks for broken links, formatting errors, and accessibility.
