re you passionate about hospitality and enjoy making guests feel welcome? Join the team at B&B HOTEL Brussels Airport as a Receptionist and become one of the first points of contact for our guests.
Your responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs.
- Provide information about the hotel, services and local area.
- Manage reservations, cancellations and guest requests.
- Handle payments and ensure accurate cash management.
- Respond to guest enquiries in person, by phone and by email.
- Deal with guest feedback and complaints professionally and find appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming reception area.
- Follow hotel procedures and contribute to high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Your profile
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service or reception is a plus.
- You are friendly, professional and genuinely enjoy working with people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are organized, reliable and able to work independently.
- You remain calm and solution-oriented in busy situations.
- Good command of English ; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable using computers and hotel reservation systems.
- Flexible and willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- A positive attitude and a strong sense of customer service.
