Notre client, situé à Perwez, est actif dans le secteur industriel de la manutention dans le Benelux.
Vous aimez les environnements dynamiques et les rôles polyvalents?? Vous faites preuve de rigueur et d'un excellent sens du service?? Cette mission est faite pour vous.
Pour un acteur industriel actif dans la manutention sur le Benelux, nous recherchons un(e) Support Sales Administration bilingue FR/NL pour une mission intérimaire de 6 mois, à démarrer début mai.
Vos responsabilités :
- Gérer le processus complet des commandes, de l'encodage à la facturation
- Assurer le suivi administratif?: contrôle des crédits, expéditions, retours et ajustements
- Coordonner les aspects logistiques et documentaires (dédouanement, documents spécifiques, adresses de livraison/facturation)
- Apporter un support commercial et administratif aux concessionnaires, loueurs et équipes internes
- Gérer l'envoi de courrier
- Assurer le support administratif général (immatriculation, archivage et téléphone)
Profil
Votre profil :
- Vous possédez une expérience confirmée en Administration des Ventes et Service Client
- Vous êtes parfaitement bilingue Français - Néerlandais
- Vous êtes structuré, méticuleux et fiable
- La connaissance d'un ERP (idéalement INFOR M3) est un atout
