Sales Development Representative (SDR) - FR/NL

Your market: Belgium, French- and Dutch-speaking. An environment where every talent has room to grow, with flexibility and a close-knit team. About the Role As an SDR, you are the gateway to Eezee-it. You're at the top of the sales pyramid: you're the one who starts the conversation, creates the first spark with a prospect, then hands over a qualified opportunity to our Sales team to close.In short, you're the one who turns a simple contact into a real project opportunity. WHAT YOU'LL DO EVERY DAY: Handle all inbound leads: requests from our events, website, campaigns and CRM.

• Pick up the phone: call, qualify and catch every lead before it goes cold.
• Prospect (cold calling): identify and research new relevant prospects, then reach out to them.
• Qualify: understand the prospect's need, context and timing to assess real potential.
• Hand over opportunities: pass the baton to the Sales team with a clear brief, so they can close the project.
• Keep the CRM up to date: document every interaction in our CRM (Odoo, of course).
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine targeting and messaging.

Your Profile You have energy, curiosity and a commercial temperament. What matters most is your attitude and eagerness to learn.You'll be a great fit if… :

• You are bilingual FR / NL, essential to speak with our prospects across Belgium. Good English skills are a real plus.
• You're comfortable on the phone: you're not afraid to pick up, introduce yourself and bounce back.
• You have energy and resilience: "no" doesn't stop you, it prepares you for the next "yes".
• You are results-oriented and curious: you enjoy understanding your contacts' business.
• Juniors welcome: this role is an entry point. What matters is your attitude, willingness to learn and commercial temperament, not the length of your CV.
• An interest in digital, ERP or tech is a bonus (we'll train you on Odoo).
