Wir suchen VERSTÄRKUNG für unser Team in ECHTERNACH Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Sales Manager Aviation (m/w/d) Wir sind als moderner mittelständischer Konzern mit unseren Produkten für die Märkte Aviation, Space & Defence, Rail und Maschinenbau weltweit aktiv und führend im Bereich technisch anspruchsvoller Verbundwerkstoffe. Zurzeit beschäftigen wir über 1.000 Mitarbeiter/-innen weltweit. Ihre Aufgaben: Stellvertretende Leitung des Vertriebsteams "Aviation Honeycomb Core" Akquise, Angebotserstellung, Auftragsverfolgung in einem internationalen Umfeld Projektbetreuung und -koordination in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Bereich unternehmensintern Pflege und Erweiterung von Kunden- und Produktportfolio Strategische Steuerung und Sicherstellung der Umsatz- und Absatzziele des Teams Identifizierung und Bewertung neuer Marktpotenziale und Wachstumschancen im Bereich Aviation Erarbeitung von Marktanalysen zur Identifikation zukünftiger Technologietrends Weiterentwicklung der globalen Vertriebsstrategie für technisch anspruchsvolle Verbundwerkstoffe Zusammenarbeit mit Großkunden wie beispielsweise Airbus und Boeing Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf internationalen Branchenveranstaltungen Unsere Anforderungen: Erfolgreicher Fachhochschul- oder Hochschulabschluss in einem betriebswirtschaftlichen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Studiengang, vorzugsweise im Bereich Kunststofftechnik, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer technischen Vertriebsfunktion, idealerweise in einem mittelständischen Betrieb Erste Führungserfahrungen oder klare Führungsambitionen Erfahrung in Vertragsverhandlungen Technisches Verständnis Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Aufgeschlossenheit Bereitschaft für Reisetätigkeiten Teamplayer mit hoher ...
