To reinforce our Team of 120 people, we are actively looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to develop our presence in Germany. Your Mission Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, you will join a multicultural and dynamic team. As part of our Sales team, you will focuse on expanding our footprint in Germany. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing existing client relationships while also identifying and acquiring new clients within the region. Your main tasks will include: 1. Client Management & Development : Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients Expand client base through upselling and cross-selling Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly 2. New Business Development: Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients Attend industry events and business trips, network with potential clients and partners,and promote the company‘s products 3. Market Analysis & Strategy: Monitor maket trends and competitors within the region Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the German market Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product offerings for the regional market 4. Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets Prepare and present regular sales reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals Provide insigts and recommendations for sales and marketing strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis Your Profile We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven profile who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building long-term customer relationships. Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, specifically in German markets Proficiency in German & English is essential.
