Your Mission

Are you passionate about value creation, data-driven decision-making, and driving sustainable growth ? As a Pricing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing pricing strategies across a global portfolio . Operating at the intersection of markets, customers, and product value, you will directly contribute to revenue growth and margin expansion . You will act as a trusted partner to cross-functional stakeholders, translating insights into impactful pricing decisions. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence global pricing practices in a dynamic, international environment .

Key Accountabilities 

• Define and implement pricing strategies aligned with global objectives across regions, markets, and product categories
• Translate product value into clear, actionable pricing recommendations in collaboration with Product and Business teams
• Lead pricing for new product launches and continuously optimize pricing across the product lifecycle
• Analyze pricing performance , identify margin improvement opportunities, and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders
• Monitor market trends , customer behavior , and competitive dynamics to inform pricing decisions
• Manage price requests efficiently and systematically.
• Support Sales teams with pricing rationale, negotiation preparation, and market intelligence
• Contribute to pricing excellence by improving processes, leverage tools (e.g., ERP, BI), and participating in strategic pricing initiatives

Who are we looking for?

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years in pricing, commercial strategy, or a related field in an international environment
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
• Solid commercial acumen and experience with value-based pricing approaches
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build strong cross-functional relationships
• Strong communication and negotiation skills , with a structured and pragmatic approach
• Comfortable working with digital tools and systems (ERP such as SAP, BI tools like Power BI or QlikView)
