Service operations manager Benelux

De functie inhoud
Wat deze job als Service Operations Manager inhoudt:
- Leiding nemen over meerdere serviceteams
- Uitdragen en bewaken van een sterke veiligheidscultuur en naleving van regelgeving
- Fungeren als escalatiepunt bij kritische operationele of klantgerelateerde vraagstukken
- Aansturen , coachen en ontwikkelen van teamleaders en hun teams
- Stimuleren van engagement, retentie en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de organisatie
- Rekruteren van nieuwe medewerkers en opvolgen van onboarding en opleiding
- Samenwerken met sales en accountmanagement om nieuwe opportuniteiten te identificeren
- Beheren van budgetten , kosten en resourceplanning
- Implementeren van best practices en optimaliseren van processen
Het profiel
Wie zich herkent in deze rol als Service Operations Manager:
- Beschikt over aantoonbare ervaring in het aansturen van field service- of serviceorganisaties
- Achtergrond binnen HVAC en/of industriële koeling vormt een sterke meerwaarde
- Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden met ervaring in het managen van managers en grotere teams
- Financieel sterk met ervaring in budgetbeheer en resultaatverantwoordelijkheid
- Goede kennis van veiligheidsnormen en compliance
- Vlot in het Engels en minstens één andere taal zoals Nederlands en/of Frans
