Our partner is a fast-growing technology company operating in the connectivity and managed network services space. As their activities continue to expand, they are looking for a Support Engineer to join their technical team.

This is more than a traditional support role: it's a great opportunity for someone with a technical mindset who wants to develop a career in networking , gain practical experience with different technologies, and progressively specialize in areas such as VPN, WAN, routing and SD-WAN .

Support Engineer - Your day to day

• Provide 1st & 2nd line technical support to customers via phone and ticketing systems.
• Configure and prepare network equipment and routers for new deployments.
• Monitor network environments and proactively identify and resolve connectivity issues .
• Manage equipment inventory and ensure accurate tracking of technical assets.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support customers and maintain high service availability.
• Support on-site installations for new deployments across different environments and locations.

Jouw profiel

Support Engineer - More about you

• Some practical knowledge of networking fundamentals , such as VLANs, VPNs, WAN/LAN, IP routing or basic firewall configuration.
• You may be junior or at the start of your career - motivation and technical curiosity are more important than extensive experience.
• A strong interest in Networking & Connectivity , with the ambition to develop deeper expertise in technologies such as SD-WAN and SDN.
• A customer-oriented mindset and a genuine commitment to delivering a high-quality support experience.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English ; a good level of French is a plus.
• A proactive, hands-on personality with a genuine appetite for learning and solving technical challenges .
