Management Assistant (m/v/x), regio Brussel - 38u/week
Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een Management Assistant (m/v/x).
Het bedrijf is gevestigd in Brussel en het betreft een 38-uren positie in een juridisch / corporate sector omgeving.
De verantwoordelijkheden van deze functie als Management Assistant zijn:
- Inplannen van o.a. vergaderingen, zakenlunches, events en de daarbij horende praktische zaken regelen (parking, tickets, reservaties, …);
- Inplannen van deadlines binnen de verschillende dossiers en opvolging daarvan verzekeren;
- Plannen van zakenreizen van A tot Z (vluchten, hotels, afspraken met contacten, …) en dit consequent inplannen in de agenda;
- Opvolging van inkomende mails (printen en archiveren, gevolg geven aan gevraagde acties, …) op een discrete, maar vooral proactieve manier;
- Tijdig en consequent printen en archiveren van dossiers;
- Updaten en opmaken van documenten en PowerPoint presentaties;
- Administratief openen van dossiers volgens de daarbij horende procedure;
- Ingeven van timesheets en opmaken van onkostennota's.
De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie van Management Assistant zijn:
- Ervaring als management assistant in een corporate / juridische omgeving is een plus;
- Perfect tweetalig Nederlands en Engels;
- Frans is een mooi extra;
- Goede kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Proactief, discreet en nauwkeurig.
