Ingredients of this Job At McDonald's Belgium, we're looking for an experienced marketing leader to drive our brand, menu and communication agenda. As Head of Brand, Menu & Communication, you will lead the development and execution of our brand strategy, menu innovation roadmap and integrated marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating brand growth, driving guest traffic and ensuring McDonald's remains relevant in a fast-changing consumer landscape.Your responsibilities

• Define and lead the brand, menu and communication strategy for McDonald's Belgium.
• Translate business objectives into impactful consumer campaigns and growth initiatives.
• Lead the development and execution of the annual marketing plan and campaign calendar.
• Drive menu innovation and portfolio management in partnership with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Consumer Insights teams.
• Oversee product launches and ensure compelling communication of menu innovations to consumers.
• Lead relationships with creative, media, production and PR agency partners.
• Manage significant marketing investments and ensure optimal return on investment.
• Represent Belgium in international marketing and menu forums.
• Build strong alignment across internal and external stakeholders.Team Leadership

You will lead a team of four marketing professionals, including two direct reports and one contractor. You will be responsible for coaching, developing and inspiring the team while fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration and high performance.Your Menu

• A proven leader with substantial experience in senior marketing, brand, category or commercial roles.
• A strong track record in brand building, integrated marketing and commercial growth.
• Experience within a food-centered business, with direct responsibility for both product development or portfolio innovation and the communication and commercialization of those innovations to consumers.
• Strong understanding of the connection between consumer insights, product innovation, portfolio strategy and business performance.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and external partners.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience and a passion for developing talent.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience managing agencies and substantial marketing budgets.
