Beschrijving van de functie
Als Expert Communication (Branding) draag je bij aan een consistente en sterke merkidentiteit door het implementeren, bewaken en ondersteunen van brand guidelines en assets binnen de organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle communicatie in lijn is met de vastgelegde merkstandaarden en helpt om merkprincipes te vertalen naar concrete en effectieve toepassingen. In nauwe samenwerking met MarCom, Digital en business stakeholders speel je een sleutelrol in het waarborgen van merkconsistentie over alle touchpoints heen.
Jouw rol
- Toepassen en uitrollen van brand guidelines binnen campagnes, content en communicatie
- Adviseren van stakeholders over correct merkgebruik
- Ondersteunen bij de vertaling van merkprincipes naar concrete toepassingen zoals formats, visuals en tone of voice
- Reviewen van communicatie-uitingen (campagnes, content en digitale assets)
- Signaleren van inconsistenties en voorstellen van verbeteringen
- Afstemmen met MarCom en Digital om consistente uitvoering te garanderen
- Meewerken aan de ontwikkeling van brand assets zoals templates, visuals en formats
- Beheren en structureren van assetbibliotheken
- Zorgen voor toegankelijke en gebruiksvriendelijke tools binnen de organisatie
- Ondersteunen bij de implementatie van rebrandingtrajecten binnen de organisatie
- Zorgen voor correcte toepassing binnen projecten en campagnes
- Signaleren van risico's of inconsistenties en deze escaleren waar nodig
- Input leveren rond merkconsistentie en toepassing
- Ondersteunen bij brandmetingen en continue verbetering
- Bijdragen aan inzichten zonder ownership van group-level KPI frameworks
Draagwijdte en autonomie
- Zelfstandig uitvoeren van brand support activiteiten en reviews
- Beslissingen nemen over toepassing binnen vastgelegde brand guidelines
Jouw profiel
- 5-8 jaar ervaring in branding of marketingcommunicatie
- Sterk oog voor detail en consistentie
- Goede kennis van merkidentiteit, storytelling en visuele communicatie
- Ervaring met het toepassen van brand guidelines over verschillende kanalen (digital, content, campagnes)
- In staat om merkprincipes te vertalen naar praktische en kwalitatieve output
- Comfortabel in samenwerking met verschillende stakeholders binnen een gestructureerde omgeving
- Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om prioriteiten te beheren
- Analytische mindset met het vermogen om feedback te geven en verbeteringen voor te stellen
- Uitstekende kennis van het Engels; kennis van Frans en/of Nederlands is een sterke troef
