DHL Express is op zoek naar een Health & Safety Manager (Hoofd IPBW) die ons team kan leiden en inspireren!
Doel:
In deze rol ben je een sleutelfiguur in de ontwikkeling en implementatie van beleidslijnen die gericht zijn op de veiligheid en het welzijn van onze medewerkers. Naast de Belgische wetgeving hou je tegelijkertijd rekening met onze regionale DHL-beleid en procedures.
Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:
- Coachen en motiveren van leidinggevenden en het management in het ontwikkelen van een veiligheids- en welzijnsbeleid
- Implementatie van ISO 14001 en voortdurende opvolging
- Coördinatie van het dynamisch risicobeheersingssysteem
- Analyse van incidenten en arbeidsongevallen
- Ondersteuning bij het opstellen van maand- en jaarverslagen van de afdeling
- Ontwikkelen van maatregelen gericht op schadepreventie
- Advies geven over brandbeveiliging en -veiligheid van gebouwen
- Noodplanning en coördinatie van veiligheidsoefeningen
- Organisatie en coördinatie van veiligheidsopleidingen voor werknemers
- Advies geven bij de aankoop van veiligheidsuitrusting

Wie ben je?
- Je hebt een postacademisch getuigschrift tot Preventieadviseur niveau 1 of je bent Preventieadviseur niveau 2 met 5 jaar relevante ervaring en wilt graag de opleiding niveau 1 volgen
- Je bent sterk in structuur brengen en je kan efficiënt samenwerken en in overleg gaan met verschillende stakeholders om zo snel een intern netwerk uit te bouwen
- Je bent betrouwbaar en kan discreet omgaan met gevoelige informatie
- Je vlotte talenkennis is een must (NL/FR/EN)
- Je hebt ervaring met verbeteringsprocessen
- Je gaat proactief en ondernemend te werk en hebt een flexibele mindset
