Je versterkt een HR-team in beweging en krijgt de kans om uit te groeien tot een vaste waarde binnen de organisatie.
FunctieomschrijvingJe beheert hard HR & payroll A tot Z voor een diverse populatie:
- Payrollverwerking voor zowel arbeiders als bedienden
- Aanspreekpunt medewerkers voor vragen rond loon, voordelen en sociale wetgeving
- Personeelsdossiers correct en volledig opvolgen
- Sociaal-juridische dossier s behandelen: ouderschapsverlof, tijdskrediet, ziekte, opleidingsverlof...
- Tijdsregistratie , afwezigheden en verlof beheren
- Contracten & documenten opstellen: arbeidsovereenkomsten, attesten, addenda
- Meewerken aan optimalisaties & digitalisatie binnen HR-processen
- HR-admin ter ondersteuning van het HR-team
- Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Minstens 8 jaar ervaring binnen HR, met duidelijke affiniteit voor hard HR.
- Sterke kennis van payroll en sociale wetgeving.
- Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands én Frans.
- Je voelt je goed in een warme, familiale omgeving met veel arbeiderscontact
Nice to haves
- Ervaring met HR-digitalisatie of optimalisatieprojecten
- Kennis van tijdsregistratiesystemen
- Ervaring in een operationele of hands-on omgeving
- Affiniteit met HR-processen in groeiende of veranderende organisaties
- Ervaring met contractbeheer of sociaal-juridische dossiers
