Real Estate & Transactions
- Draft and negotiate real estate contracts (leases, sales, partnerships, construction, etc.)
- Support acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets
- Structure transactions and manage due diligence processes
- Coordinate and manage external legal counsel
- Advise project developers and country directors on legal aspects
- Support development projects from structuring to execution
- Participate in bidding processes and project set-ups
- Handle corporate structuring and housekeeping
- Draft shareholders' agreements and manage SPVs
- Contribute to compliance and internal legal organization if interested
- Manage disputes and liaise with external counsel
Jouw profiel
- Master's degree in Law (Belgian university)
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in real estate law (law firm, developer or similar)
- Strong experience in real estate transactions, contracting
- Exposure to corporate law
- Fluent French (deal language)
- Strong English (corporate environment)
- Autonomous and proactive
- Strong team player with collaborative mindset
- Pragmatic, business-oriented and detail-focused
- Able to interact with senior stakeholders
- High ethical standards and professional integrity
