Real Estate Sales Advisor - Investment Properties

As a Real Estate Sales Advisor specializing in investment properties, you will be responsible for marketing a portfolio of residential investment real estate projects, primarily located in Brussels and Antwerp. You will guide clients from initial contact through to the completion of their purchase, combining strong commercial acumen with genuine advisory expertise. Your role is to understand investor needs, build lasting relationships of trust, and guide them confidently through their acquisition decisions. You will manage your client files independently while benefiting from the support of an administrative team and a structured working environment. This position offers the flexibility of freelance or salaried status, with regular travel to project sites in the Brussels region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships of trust with prospects and investors throughout their acquisition journey
• Contact prospects by telephone to identify their investment needs and objectives
• Organize and conduct client meetings, both in-office and on-site at project locations
• Advise clients on building and optimizing their real estate investment portfolios
• Accompany clients through the entire purchase process, from initial contact to final sale completion
• Manage ongoing commercial follow-up of active client files
• Actively contribute to the commercial development of various investment real estate projects

• BIV-number
• Strong understanding of real estate investment principles and portfolio optimization
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client files independently and maintain detailed follow-up
• Excellent telephone communication and prospecting skills
• Experience in consultative sales and guiding clients through complex purchasing processes
