Beschrijving van de functie

As a Legal & Operation Officer your responsibilities are:

• Advise and assist clients on a wide range of legal and administrative matters.
• Review, draft, and coordinate contractual documentation.
• Support matters relating to estate planning, wealth structuring, insurance, and family law.
• Coordinate real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, leases, and notarial processes.
• Liaise with external advisors including notaries, tax experts, accountants, and legal counsel.
• Provide practical support regarding social security, invoicing, and administrative matters.
• Organize and structure client files while ensuring excellent follow-up.
• Monitor deadlines, legal documentation, and ongoing projects.
• Deliver pragmatic and solutions-oriented legal guidance.
• Communicate legal concepts in a simple and accessible manner.

Jouw profiel

A successful Legal & Operation Officer should have:

• Belgian Master's degree in Law or relevant legal qualification (Legal Practice profiles may also be considered).
• Junior and more experienced profiles are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical skills and legal reasoning.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Detail-oriented, critical thinker, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Fluent in Dutch & English
• Proactive and hands-on personality.
• Mature enough to work autonomously while knowing when to seek guidance.
• Genuine willingness to learn and develop.
• Comfortable working in an environment where responsibility comes early.
