Pour le compte d’un promoteur immobilier reconnu , nous recherchons un(e) Project Developer expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique d’une quinzaine de professionnels de l’immobilier.
Vous souhaitez piloter des projets immobiliers ambitieux, principalement en milieu urbain , et avoir un véritable impact sur leur développement ? Cette opportunité devrait vous intéresser.
Votre rôle
En tant que Project Developer , vous prenez en charge le développement de projets immobiliers une fois l’acquisition finalisée, jusqu’à l’obtention des permis et la préparation de la réalisation.
Vous analysez le potentiel et la rentabilité des projets, réalisez les analyses de marché et de localisation et traduisez ces opportunités en concepts immobiliers cohérents et attractifs.
Vous pilotez ensuite les différentes étapes du développement : coordination des architectes et bureaux d’études, suivi des procédures de permis, gestion des parties prenantes et collaboration étroite avec les équipes techniques, financières, juridiques, marketing et commerciales .
Vous êtes également garant(e) du respect des budgets, de la qualité des projets et des délais , tout en assurant une communication fluide avec les différents interlocuteurs. Vous représentez l’entreprise auprès de ses partenaires et contribuez activement au développement de son réseau.
Votre profil
- Vous disposez de 1 à 10 ans d'expérience en développement immobilier
- Vous êtes à l'aise en français et en néerlandais
- Vous avez participé à la réalisation de projets immobiliers complexes, idéalement en milieu urbain
- Vous êtes capable de présenter des projets que vous avez accompagnés concrètement de l’acquisition jusqu’à l’obtention du permis
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme supérieur en économie, droit, construction ou immobilier
- Vous êtes analytique, structuré(e) et capable de transformer une opportunité en projet concret
- Vous êtes autonome, proactif(ve), organisé(e) et orienté(e) solutions
- Vous avez un excellent sens de la communication et aimez travailler en équipe
- Vous êtes ambitieux(se), commercial(e) et souhaitez prendre de vraies responsabilités
- Vous êtes réellement passionné(e) par le développement immobilier
