Learning & development officer
Intérimaire
We gaan op zoek naar een Learning & Development Officer . Je zal terechtkomen in een grote onderneming met goede reputatie en financiële stabiliteit. Vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Londerzeel zorg je ervoor dat opleidingen voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden vlot georganiseerd en opgevolgd worden.
Een ideale volgende stap voor iemand met toch al enige ervaring binnen Learning & Development, HR Support, Training & Development of opleidingscoördinatie .
- Plannen, organiseren en opvolgen van interne en externe opleidingen.
- Aanspreekpunt zijn voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden rond opleidingen.
- Beheren van opleidingsgegevens, certificaten en rapporteringen.
- Opvolgen van verplichte technische en veiligheidsopleidingen.
- Samenwerken met opleidingspartners en verschillende interne afdelingen.
- Ondersteunen van digitale leerplatformen en L&D-tools.
- Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen Learning & Development.
- Een eerste ervaring binnen Learning & Development, HR Support of een vergelijkbare functie.
- Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, maar tegelijk graag in contact met mensen.
- Vlot met digitale systemen en MS Office.
- Goede kennis Nederlands en voldoende Frans om professioneel te communiceren.
- Ervaring met een LMS, eBlox HR of digitale leertools is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
- Contract van onbepaalde duur in een voltijdse functie.
