Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead Learning & Development initiatives, coordinating training projects and supporting the implementation of digital learning and AI-enabled training programs within an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Learning & Development projects.
• Plan, monitor and report project progress.
• Estimate timelines, resources and project costs.
• Coordinate training initiatives for both on-site and remote teams.
• Maintain project documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Identify project risks and propose mitigation plans.
• Support the adoption of AI-enabled learning solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience managing Learning & Development or training projects.
• Experience with AI-enabled learning initiatives or digital learning solutions.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow or similar).
• Project Management certification (PMI, PRINCE2, PM² or equivalent).
• Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Qlik Sense or similar.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
