Jouw Uitdaging
Als Product Owner neem je de leiding over het domein uitgaande communicatie (o.a. print, e-mail, web en mobiele applicaties) en het functioneel beheer van het content managementsysteem (CMS). In een Agile/Scrum-omgeving vorm jij de brug tussen business, IT en eindgebruikers. Met jouw sterke stakeholdermanagement vertaal je uiteenlopende verwachtingen naar concrete en waardevolle digitale oplossingen.
Kernverantwoordelijkheden
Product Backlog & Vision: Beheren, prioriteren en vertalen van businessnoden naar heldere user stories.
Omnichannel Platform: Beheren en optimaliseren van communicatie via print, e-mail, web en mobiele apps.
CMS-Beheer: Verantwoordelijk voor het functioneel beheer en de verdere ontwikkeling van het content managementsysteem.
Agile Samenwerking: Nauw samenwerken met ontwikkelteams en afstemmen met stakeholders uit verschillende businessdomeinen.
Kwaliteit & Innovatie: Bewaken van gebruiksvriendelijkheid en continuïteit, en inspelen op nieuwe digitale opportuniteiten.
Jouw Profiel
Ervaring als Product Owner, Business Analyst of in een vergelijkbare functie.
Vertrouwd met Agile- en Scrum-methodologieën.
Sterke affiniteit met digitale communicatie, contentbeheer en omnichannelprocessen.
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en sterk in stakeholdermanagement.
Analytisch inzicht gecombineerd met een pragmatische en resultaatsgerichte aanpak.
