Wat jij gaat doen
Je krijgt een sleutelrol in de verdere digitalisering van Nagelmackers. Je combineert product ownership, functionele expertise en een sterke drive om te bouwen.
Product ownership & applicatiebeheer
- Je neemt ownership over Efficy CRM
- Je bewaakt en optimaliseert end‑to‑end processen
- Je detecteert verbeterkansen en vertaalt ze naar concrete acties
- Je bouwt actief mee aan onze digitale roadmap
Support & incidentopvolging
- Je analyseert incidenten, prioriteert en stemt af met IT en leveranciers
- Je communiceert helder en tijdig met alle stakeholders
Change management & evoluties
- Je vertaalt businessnoden naar duidelijke requirements
- Je test, valideert en begeleidt changes en releases
- Je ondersteunt gebruikers bij nieuwe functionaliteiten
Samenwerking & continuïteit
- Je werkt dagelijks samen met interne IT‑teams en externe ontwikkelpartners
- Je bewaakt kwaliteit, afspraken en opleveringen
- Je bouwt kennis op en verankert die duurzaam binnen het team

- Master of gelijkwaardige ervaring
- Ervaring als Product Owner of met Efficy CRM is een sterke troef
- Vlot NL/FR, goede kennis Engels
- Je denkt end‑to‑end, werkt gestructureerd en houdt van duidelijkheid
