Principales responsabilités :
Production électronique (PCBA) :Vous participerez à l'ensemble du processus de production, depuis l'utilisation des machines de placement jusqu'à l'assemblage final, en passant par le soudage manuel, les tests, les retouches, etc.
- Utiliser la machine de placement de composants
- Faire fonctionner et surveiller le four de refusion
- Inspecter et nettoyer manuellement les circuits imprimés
- Réaliser des soudures traversantes
- Effectuer des tests et des mises à jour flash sur les cartes électroniques
- Assembler des appareils complets, y compris les pièces électroniques et mécaniques
Production de kits de câblage :
- Préparer tout le matériel nécessaire à la production
- Assembler les kits de câblage en suivant la documentation de production
- Effectuer des tests pour valider le câblage et l’assemblage corrects du kit
- Garantir la qualité et la cohérence conformément aux normes
Information

Profil
Compétences indispensables :
- Intérêt pour l'électronique et la fabrication d'appareils
- Aisance dans les tâches répétitives et manuelles
- Solides compétences organisationnelles ; approche méthodique et rigoureuse du travail
- Capacité à lire et à suivre une documentation technique
- Esprit pratique et concret, avec de solides capacités de résolution de problèmes
- Attitude proactive ; n'hésite pas à proposer des améliorations
- Maîtrise du français ; bonne compréhension écrite de l'anglais
Compétences supplémentaires
- Expérience avérée dans l'assemblage de câbles et les travaux de production manuelle
- Formation ou études en électronique, électricité ou électromécanique
- Expérience préalable à un poste similaire
