Sturing datatransformatie: Je leidt het programma gericht op de modernisering van datacapaciteiten en de opzet van een nieuw cloud-dataplatform.
Datamigratie: Je coördineert de overstap van data, datastromen en rapportages van legacy-systemen naar het nieuwe platform.
Governance & Data Products: Je rolt een Data Governance framework uit en stimuleert een 'data product' benadering (inclusief opvolging van AI-initiatieven).
Programmabeheer: Je beheert scope, planning, budget en risico's over de projecten heen.
Brugfiguur Business & IT: Je zorgt voor nauwe afstemming tussen de business en IT-teams en leidt het change management om de nieuwe oplossingen succesvol te verankeren.

Sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten met een gestructureerde, resultaatgerichte en klantgerichte aanpak.
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met stakeholder- en change management op alle niveaus.
Stressbestendig, flexibel en sterk in planning en organisatie.
Grondig begrip van moderne data-architecturen.
Sectorkennis:ervaring binnen de energiesector.
Talenkennis: Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands, Frans én Engels.
