Description du posteEn rejoignant notre équipe en tant que Customer Service Officer , tu deviens la voix rassurante qui prend en charge les appels de personnes en quête de solutions rapides et efficaces.
Tes missions quotidiennes :
- Premier contact privilégié : Assurer la gestion des appels entrants (inbound) avec empathie et professionnalisme.
- Gestion des dossiers : Ouvrir les dossiers informatiques et collecter avec précision toutes les informations liées aux demandes d'assistance.
- Analyse & Vérification : Vérifier la conformité des demandes par rapport aux conditions contractuelles.
- Orientation : Transmettre les dossiers complets aux équipes de Back Office pour le déploiement des solutions sur le terrain.
En tant que Customer Service Officer , aucune journée ne se ressemble et tu joues un rôle clé dans la satisfaction des interlocuteurs !
Profil
Le rôle de Customer Service Officer est fait pour toi si tu as ce profil (ton "vibe check") :
- ✅ Expérience : Au moins 2 ans d'expérience réussie en call center ou en gestion d'appels entrants.
- ✅ Atout linguistique : Une maîtrise parfaite du Français et du Néerlandais (bilingue) avec une bonne connaissance de l’ Anglais .
- ✅ Mindset : Une excellente résistance au stress lors des pics d'appels, un esprit orienté solutions et une grande capacité d'empathie.
- ✅ Flexibilité : La volonté de travailler selon un horaire en shift variable entre 6h30 et 22h30, y compris les week-ends.
- ✅ Esprit d'équipe : Une grande aisance à évoluer au sein d'un environnement multiculturel et collaboratif.
