Wat houdt de functie in?
Als bijstandsverlener ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die tijdens hun reis geconfronteerd worden met medische problemen, repatriëring of andere urgente situaties. Je biedt hen ondersteuning, stelt hen gerust en zorgt ervoor dat ze snel en efficiënt geholpen worden.
Je taken omvatten onder andere:
- Telefonisch contact met klanten in noodsituaties
- Coördinatie van medische bijstand en repatriëring
- Samenwerking met internationale partners en medische diensten
- Administratieve opvolging van dossiers
- Communicatie in meerdere talen (Nederlands, Frans, Engels)
Jouw profiel
Wat verwachten we van jou?
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en empathie
- Stressbestendigheid en oplossingsgericht denken
- Bereidheid om in shifts te werken, inclusief weekends en feestdagen
- Talenkennis: Nederlands + Frans en een goed Kennis van het Engels
- Ervaring in klantenservice of bijstand is een plus, ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is zeer mooi meegenomen
