au sein de Sofitel Brussels Europe
Missions Principales :
- Vous assisterez la réception pour l’accueil des clients dans le respect des Valeurs de la marque (Check-In, Check-out, Téléphone)
- Vous anticipez et veiller à répondre à toute insatisfaction client et trouver une solution rapide avec le soutien du FOM.
- Vous veillerez à la promotion des points de vente et les services de l'hôtel.
- Vous assurez le suivi tout au long du séjour des VIP et vous allez à la rencontre de leurs attentes.
- Vous serez le contact principal pour tous les clients.
- Vous pourrez personnaliser la relation avec les clients pour contribuer à leur satisfaction et leur fidélité (Avant, pendant, après le séjour).
- Vous serez responsable de la mise à jour et le suivi des fichiers clients sur OPERA (Guest Profil + Merge Profil) en collaboration avec les services Réception et Réservation
- Vous serez responsable pour répondre dans les 24h aux commentaires laissés par les clients après leur séjour sur tous les supports (courriers, VOG, TripAdvisor, Booking.com , etc..) avec le soutien du FOM
- Vous superviser la préparation des arrivées VIP avec professionnalisme.
- Vous pourrez prendre soin des demandes des membres du programme de fidélisation
- Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les différents services de l'hôtel.
- Vous implémentez et vous suivez les normes de la marque.
- Vous traiterez en collaboration avec la Conciergerie, toutes les demandes des clients.
- Responsable Duty semaine avec suivi des rapports Duty
Profil recherché :
Expérience significative au sein d'un établissement hôtelier 5 étoiles.
Excellente maîtrise des standards de l'hôtellerie et du service client.
Expérience confirmée en Guest Relations, Front Office ou Duty Management.
Excellente présentation et sens aigu du service.
Forte capacité à gérer les demandes et situations sensibles avec diplomatie et réactivité.
Autonomie, leadership et capacité à prendre des décisions rapidement.
Excellent relationnel et esprit d’équipe.
Très bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais ; autres langues appréciées.
Français, Anglais et Néerlandais courant
Esprit commercial
