Manager Service Management

Oversee and optimise daily distribution centre operations ensuring full compliance while fostering ongoing improvements aligned with key goals for workforce development service excellence operational efficiency and cost management.
Plan lead and optimise DC operations for efficiency service and cost alignment.
Oversee loss prevention strategies through training and regular follow-up.
Set facilitate and monitor goals in accordance with H&M global standards and KPIs.
People Management & Team Development
Lead coach and develop the DC Management Team to retain a high-performing workforce.
Drive employee engagement and foster a culture of inclusion and diversity.
Workforce Strategy & Planning
~ Ensure recruitment onboarding and continuous training for all DC staff.

Financial Planning & Cost Management
~ Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with Regional Sales & Operations teams to align DC with sales volumes and service expectations.
Work with sales stakeholders to ensure garment care monitor routines and follow up on return conditions.
Performance Analysis & Decision Support
~ Ensure high stock accuracy through systematic inventory management.
Lead the DCs Health & Safety strategy and manage incident reporting protocols.
Ability to Inspire and lead large diverse teams effectively communicating collaborating and co-creating a long-term strategic vision with short term actions and day to day objectives.
Manage high-level leaders understanding HR principles like succession planning and performance management.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales HR Controlling and Sustainability teams.
Effective presentation and communication skills in varying forums with senior stakeholders and internal/eternal partners.
Fluent in both French and English with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
This is a full-time position based on our Distribution Center in Ghlin (Belgium).
