Corporate Law - Lawyer (H/F)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join the Legal team and support our strategic objectives. Managing corporate affairs for Luxembourg companies (drafting of board and shareholder minutes, ensuring legal compliance of the companies with Luxembourg regulations, etc...);
Partnering with local in-house lawyers to ensure corporate compliance of subsidiaries and participations;
Designing, building and improving corporate processes and policies and ensuring their proper application throughout the Group;
Manage KYC and UBO requests;
You hold a master in corporate business law;
You have gained a minimum of 7 to 10 years of professional experience in a similar working environment or in a law firm;
You have a throughout understanding of Luxembourg laws and regulations;
You have a perfect command of English and French, both with excellent written communication and legal drafting skills.
We look for candidates who have the ability to critically analyze complex transactions – understanding their legal, business, and financial rationale – to conduct legal risk assessments, evaluate accounting and tax implications in collaboration with our accounting and tax teams, and provide meaningful support to directors by drafting well-reasoned and accurate governance documentation.
You are team-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and capable of working pro-actively in very dynamic and demanding environment.
