Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Head of the European Law Department gevestigd in Monheim, Duitsland, met een dotted reporting line naar de VP Finance – Global Animal Health.
Je zal je vooral toeleggen op contracten met spelers wereldwijd. Het betreft allerhande soorten contracten waaronder distributiecontracten, aankoopcontracten, verkoopcontracten enz.
Daarnaast sta je in voor the day-to-day legal support aan de Global Animal Health Division: juridisch advies aan het management, aan het AH leadership team, competition law, claims, corporate housekeeping, litigation, compliance en andere juridisch zaken in de AH operations.
Je vervult je functie autonoom en stemt af met de Head of the European Law Department en advocatenkantoren wereldwijd.
Profiel
Academische achtergrond:
- Master in de rechten.
Ervaring / kennis :
- Nederlands en Engels zijn een must.
- Je hebt minstens 6 jaar ervaring in commercieel recht in een international bedrijf of advocatenkantoor.
- Een businesspartner, die vlot communiceert en een goede risico-inschatting maakt.
- Je bent in staat om deze functie autonoom uit te oefenen en de volledige global divison Animal Health juridisch te ondersteunen.
- Flexibiliteit en home work.
