Notre client est une organisation de taille moyenne, active dans le secteur événementiel.
En tant que HR Coordinator, vous serez responsable de la bonne gestion administrative du personnel, du suivi des processus RH et de la coordination des actions liées au recrutement, à l'onboarding et au développement des collaborateurs.
Administration du personnel Assurer la gestion administrative des collaborateurs tout au long de leur cycle de vie dans l'entreprise (entrées, sorties, changements de fonction, mises à jour des données).- Préparer et suivre les contrats de travail, avenants, attestations et autres documents légaux.
- Collecter, vérifier et encoder les informations nécessaires à la paie, en collaboration avec le secrétariat social.
- Assurer le suivi administratif des absences (congés, maladies, accidents du travail, récupérations, etc.).
- Veiller au respect de la législation sociale ainsi que des procédures internes.
- Garantir la mise à jour et la fiabilité des bases de données RH (SIRH, dossiers numériques, tableaux de bord et reporting).
- Rédiger et publier les annonces, gérer le tri des candidatures
- Organiser les entretiens et coordonner le processus avec les managers
- Participer à l'évaluation des candidats
- Préparer et coordonner les étapes d'onboarding pour garantir une intégration optimale. Qualitén et maintenance du matériel.
- Répondre aux questions RH quotidiennes
- Gestion administrative générale
- Aider dans la structure de l'entreprise et son évolution
Votre profil
- Bachelier en gestion des ressources humaines
- Avoir une excellente connaissance du français et de l'anglais
- Une expérience de min 5 ans dans un rôle similaire
- Très bonne maitrise des outils informatiques.
- Organisation irréprochable rigueur et sens du détail
- Excellente communication orale et écrite
- Discrétion et respect de la confidentialité
- Proactivité, autonomie, sens des priorités
