Hospitality Talents , cabinet de recrutement spécialisé dans les profils Hospitality, est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Groups & Events Coordinator motivé(e) pour rejoindre l’équipe de notre client, un hôtel MICE à Bruxelles.
Vous avez un talent pour orchestrer des événements mémorables ? Rejoignez notre client, un établissement hôtelier, en tant que Groups & Events Coordinator et contribuez à créer des expériences inoubliables pour leurs clients. Votre mission sera d’allier créativité, organisation et relation client pour maximiser la réussite de chaque événement, tout en dynamisant les revenus de leurs établissements.
Ce que vous ferez :
- Gérer avec soin les demandes des clients : Vous serez le point de contact privilégié, analysant les besoins et élaborant des propositions personnalisées qui impressionnent et convertissent.
- Établir des relations de confiance : En personne, au téléphone ou par e-mail, vous développerez des relations à long terme en assurant un suivi attentif et une négociation réussie.
- Planifier des événements sur-mesure : En étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes, vous coordonnerez chaque détail pour garantir une organisation fluide et sans accroc.
- Superviser la logistique de A à Z : De la rédaction des contrats à la facturation, en passant par la création des fiches de fonctions et la gestion des blocks booking, vous aurez la main sur l’ensemble des aspects administratifs.
- Assurer l’excellence opérationnelle : Vous participerez aux réunions d’équipe, accueillerez les clients et veillerez à ce que tout se déroule parfaitement, du début à la fin de chaque événement.
Requirements
- Multilingue : Vous parlez couramment le français et l'anglais. Le néerlandais un avantage.
- Créatif(ve) et proactif(ve) : Vous avez l’esprit d’initiative et aimez innover pour offrir des expériences uniques.
- Organisé(e) et autonome : Vous excellez dans la gestion du temps et savez jongler entre plusieurs priorités.
- Détail et rigueur : Chaque détail compte pour vous, et vous travaillez avec précision et réactivité.
- Excellente communication : Vous êtes à l’aise pour échanger avec des clients prestigieux, aussi bien en personne qu’à distance.
