Senior Communications & Marketing Officer - Luxembourg

Forvis Mazars is looking for a results-driven Senior Communications and Marketing Officer with a strong focus on digital marketing to develop, implement, and optimize communications and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will lead communications and marketing campaigns and drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This role requires creativity, interpersonal and analytical skills, and expertise in digital marketing tools and trends. Responsibilities Oversee the design, development and implementation of the Luxembourg Communications (internal / external) and Marketing strategy, in line with Group guidance; Design, plan and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement, including employer branding an business articles, to generate new followers; Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive traffic; Oversee website content, ensuring SEO best practices and a seamless user experience; Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to improve ROI and suggest any real-time adaptations; Produce engaging digital and physical assets in close collaborate with Group team and in line with corporate branding; Manage internal and external events (staff and clients); Manage internal communications via various channels to ensure All Staff engagement around daily life of the company; Analyse and present client survey results, suggesting action plan where appropriate and executing it with the relevant Partner; Prepare communication and marketing budget submission and monitor budget spend along the year, Create and maintain solid relationship with service providers, including local media.
