Senior Payroll Officer (m/f) Your missions will be: Manage and supervise a dedicated portfolio of clients with full autonomy Review, validate, and process complex payroll data in Keypaye Ensure full compliance with Luxembourg labour law, social security requirements, and tax regulations Perform advanced payroll controls and proactively resolve discrepancies Supervise or mentor Junior Payroll Officers when required Prepare and review client invoicing with accuracy and strong analytical insight The successful candidate will have the following profile : 5+ years of experience in a similar payroll position Solid understanding of Luxembourg labour law, social security, and payroll regulations Bachelor's degree in administration, human resources, accounting, business management, or finance Fluent in French, English, German and Luxembourgish is a strong advantage Very good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel; experience in SQL is considered an asset Interpersonal skills such as being detail‑oriented, thorough, well‑organized, resourceful, and a quick thinker Ability to respect deadlines Team player who can also work independently Why join us?
