Ben jij thuis in de marketing -en communicatiewereld? Heb je ervaring met het organiseren van evenementen en zoek je een tijdelijke functie? Dan is deze job iets voor jou! Onze klant, een grote speler in de private mobiliteitssector, is opzoek naar een tijdelijke communications officer.
Je komt terecht in een enthousiast communicatieteam. Als Communications Officer sta je mee in voor een gevarieerd takenpakket, zowel dagelijkse taken als grotere projecten.
Jouw taken:
- Schrijven en opvolgen van persberichten en communicatieteksten
- Verzorgen van interne en externe communicatie
- Beheren en creëren van content voor sociale media
- Up-to-date houden van het intranet
- Ondersteunen van diverse marketing- en communicatieprojecten
- Meewerken aan de organisatie van events
- Een belangrijke rol opnemen in de voorbereiding en organisatie van het personeelsfeest in oktober
- Meewerken aan de dagelijkse werking van het communicatieteam
Wat wij van jou vragen:
- Je hebt al relevante ervaring binnen marketing en/of communicatie
- Je hebt daarnaast ervaring heeft met de organisatie van evenementen
- Je bent sterk in formuleren van teksten en hebt oog voor de juiste taalnuances
- Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar teamwerk gaat je even goed af
- Je ben hands-on met je taken en kan snel schakelen
Talenkennis
Een zeer goede kennis van het Frans is essentieel. We zoeken bij voorkeur een Franstalige kandidaat met een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands , of iemand die perfect tweetalig Frans/Nederlands is. Je moet in het bijzonder in staat zijn om ook in het Frans teksten te schrijven waarbij taalgevoel en nuance belangrijk zijn.
Wat wij jou bieden:
- Een tijdelijke functie tot eind december 2026
- Een gevarieerde functie binnen een dynamische communicatieomgeving
- 39 uur per week
- Flexibel uurrooster
- Telewerk mogelijk op termijn; tijdens de eerste twee maanden wordt er vanuit de werkplek gewerkt
- Salaris is afhankelijk van ervaring
- €100 nettovergoeding per maand
