YOUR ROLE

As a junior HCM consultant at Capgemini Belgium, you will have the opportunity to participate in every phase of software implementations. We are specialized in the implementation of 3 different software systems in the field of HR : SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM and PeopleSoft.

Multiple responsibilities might come your way within this role:

• Preparation: gather customer requirements, advise on the technical solution possibilities, demonstrate the tool, present the overall solution within the software;
• Realization: design technical HR solutions, front- and back-end development, configuration, building interfaces and other automations, data-migration, bug fixing, organize and execute testing;
• Training: help the customer to understand the implemented solution, both from business and technical point of view, document solution and prepare training material;
• Ownership: grow and become our expert within a certain domain, be the driving force for Capgemini Belgium, coach junior colleagues in acquiring the necessary skills.

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a master's degree in Computer Science, Business Engineering, in another scientific field, like Physics, Mathematics, ... or a similar study
• You have knowledge of at least one programming language like Java, Python and have experience with SQL
• You like to combine business with technology: You get energy from engaging with customers but also love to deep-dive into more complex and challenging technical analyses
• You like variety in your technical skillset, have a strong analytical mindset and have excellent communication skills
• You are a native speaker in Dutch or French (and willing to improve the other language); and have professional working proficiency in English
