IT Functional Analyst Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an IT Functional Analyst. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to innovative solutions in the financial sector.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the analysis, design, development, integration, testing, and support of high-quality payment products, solutions, and services using Java technology, under the consultancy model of Keystone Solutions.
• Identify business requirements and map out possible solutions for integration into enterprise production environments, including cost and benefit analysis and detailed solution design.
• Accompany business analysts and clients in solution reflection, proposing alternatives aligned with enterprise architecture and strategy, and considering cost/benefit.
• Ensure client understanding and adoption of enterprise rules and standards, including architectural and security standards.
• Collaborate with architects to establish architecture and work closely with business and product owners to refine requirements into Features and User Stories.
• Coordinate between clients, business analysts, and asset teams, ensuring unified understanding of client needs.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical requirements and analyses for developers and test engineers.
• Align with asset teams on functional responsibilities and specify requirements for technical teams.
• Design application solutions, detailing impacts on application components as per architecture.
• Follow up on development and testing to ensure coherence between specifications and delivered solutions.
• Provide technical definitions for components supported by different teams and collaborate with other squads and tribes.
• Support suppliers during development, integration, and assembly testing, and ensure implementation and maintenance of APIs.
• Document solutions and assist test engineers in creating test scenarios, analyzing defects, and resolving complex issues.
• Support release and deployment teams across environments and provide post-production support to operational entities and helpdesks, including incident analysis and documentation updates.
• Work in an agile context, with preparation, elaboration, and construction phases combined in sprints.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Functional and technical knowledge of IT systems.
• Experience in building Swagger APIs.
• Knowledge and experience of banking and payment products.
• Experience in process analysis of payment requirements.
• Knowledge of analysis methodology.
• Practical experience with Scrum is preferable.
• Education in Computer Science, with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Language skills: Basic Dutch, mandatory French and English.
• Expectation: 50% on-site and 50% homeworking.
