Business Support & Projectcoördinator

Voor onze klant in Ternat , actief in de technische sector, zijn wij op zoek naar een Business Support & Projectcoördinator. Als praktische rechterhand help je om doelstellingen en plannen te vertalen naar concrete acties en resultaten. Je brengt structuur, volgt afspraken op en zorgt ervoor dat ideeën ook effectief worden uitgevoerd.
- Je vertaalt kwartaaldoelstellingen naar concrete acties , bewaakt de voortgang en signaleert tijdig knelpunten of opportuniteiten.
- Je wordt het lokale aanspreekpunt voor ERP- bedrijfssoftware , waaronder SAP S/4HANA, en bouwt stap voor stap kennis op van de systemen en processen binnen de organisatie.
- Je verzamelt vragen en verbetervoorstellen van collega’s en klanten, stemt af met de juiste interne of internationale contactpersonen en ondersteunt bij testen, documentatie en opleidingen.
- Je werkt actief mee aan marketing en communicatie , van e-mailcampagnes en social media tot website- en productcontent, webinars, evenementen en beurzen.
- Je bent een proactieve motor achter de dagelijkse werking: je denkt vooruit , houdt overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat acties en afspraken niet blijven liggen.

- Je bent proactief en ondernemend: je ziet wat er moet gebeuren en neemt zelf initiatief om de volgende stap te zetten.
- Je kunt verschillende projecten en acties zelfstandig opvolgen, prioriteiten stellen en ervoor zorgen dat deadlines en afspraken worden gehaald.
- Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk en durft op een constructieve manier door te vragen naar voortgang en resultaten.
- Je hebt interesse in bedrijfsprocessen , digitale systemen , marketing en communicatie en leert graag nieuwe toepassingen en werkwijzen kennen.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels . Ervaring met projectopvolging, marketing, communicatie, sales support of een gelijkaardige rol is mooi meegenomen.
