Wat ga je doen?
Voor een dynamische organisatie zijn we op zoek naar een Business & Applications IT Support. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de functionele ondersteuning van verschillende bedrijfsapplicaties. Je vormt het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers en werkt nauw samen met technische IT-teams om incidenten op te lossen en de goede werking van de applicaties te garanderen. Je analyseert gebruikersvragen, onderzoekt problemen, volgt tickets op en draagt bij aan de verbetering van applicaties en supportprocessen. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen op het vlak van automatisering, data en artificiële intelligentie.

- In staat om meerdere aanvragen en prioriteiten gestructureerd te beheren.
- Zelfstandig kunnen werken en tijdig escaleren wanneer gespecialiseerde technische ondersteuning nodig is.
- Interesse in IT, nieuwe technologieën, automatisering en artificiële intelligentie.
- Goede kennis van Microsoft 365, waaronder Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word en SharePoint.
- Basiskennis van SQL of bereidheid om deze kennis snel verder te ontwikkelen.
- Begrip van databases, gegevensstromen en koppelingen tussen applicaties.
- Kennis van Salesforce is een pluspunt.
- Nauwkeurig en pragmatisch kunnen werken.
Opleiding: Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Informatica, IT, Informatiewetenschappen, Economie of een vergelijkbare richting. Een gelijkwaardige opleiding in combinatie met relevante professionele ervaring kan eveneens in aanmerking komen.
Vakkennis: Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, bijvoorbeeld applicatiesupport, functionele helpdesk, IT usersupport of application support. Ervaring met het behandelen en opvolgen van IT-incidenten en gebruikersaanvragen. Kennis van functionele ondersteuning van bedrijfsapplicaties. Ervaring met het uitvoeren van functionele tests bij updates, wijzigingen en nieuwe releases. Ervaring met gebruikersbeheer en toegangsrechten is een pluspunt. Basiskennis van SQL en databases. Inzicht in gegevensstromen en interfaces tussen verschillende applicaties. Goede kennis van Microsoft 365. Ervaring met Salesforce of andere bedrijfsapplicaties is een voordeel. Affiniteit met AI en automatisering en interesse om deze technologieën in een professionele context toe te passen. Ervaring met documentatie, procedures en kennisdatabanken is een pluspunt.
Talenkennis: Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Uitstekende kennis van het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
Attesten: Geen specifieke certificering vereist. Een bijkomende IT-certificering of opleiding rond applicatiesupport, databases, Microsoft 365 of andere relevante IT-technologieën vormt een pluspunt.
