The Project Management Assistant will support our team by anticipating and dealing with their requirements and ensuring that our Audit & Assurance teams and business priorities are achieved.

Your contribution to our success

• Provide assistance in terms of planning, finance reporting
• Proceed with time checks and reporting on a weekly and monthly basis for Global reporting
• Be a key contact person for our audit and assurance teams and ensure that all relevant information is collected, and actions taken accordingly
• Provide appropriate support in terms of communication, internal procedures and PowerPoint presentations
• Monitor, follow and manage the mailbox and take actions accordingly

Your skills

 

Must have

• At least 2 years of experience as Team Assistant or equivalent role considered as an asset
• Be adaptable to the change
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail, service-oriented mindset
• Capacity to manage priorities and deadlines with a sense of initiative
• Innovative mindset and capacity to challenge existing situations
• Strong IT proficiency especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English 

 

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French or German
