Freelance Business Analyst – MS Dynamics 365 CRM

Voor een klant in Brussel zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Business Analyst die wil meewerken aan een omvangrijk digitaal transformatieproject. Je speelt een sleutelrol in de uitbouw van een nieuw klantenportaal en de implementatie van een MS Dynamics 365 CRM-oplossing. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met business stakeholders, Product Owners en het development team om processen te optimaliseren en een optimale customer journey uit te bouwen.
Ben jij analytisch sterk, heb je ervaring met complexe systeemintegraties en voel je je thuis in een Agile omgeving? Dan is dit een interessante langetermijnopdracht.

Challenges
- Uitvoeren van business- en behoefteanalyses voor een nieuw digitaal klantenportaal.
- Analyseren en optimaliseren van processen binnen een MS Dynamics 365 CRM-omgeving.
- Opstellen van functionele analyses, procesflows en functionele specificaties.
- Uitwerken van integraties tussen CRM, klantentoepassingen en financiële systemen.
- Uitvoeren van impactanalyses bij wijzigingen en nieuwe businessnoden.
- Samenwerken met Product Owner, developers, testers en business stakeholders binnen een Agile/Scrum-team.
- Ondersteunen van acceptatietesten met interne en externe gebruikers.
- Mee uitwerken van opleidingsmateriaal en ondersteunen van eindgebruikers.
- Actief bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van de customer journey en end-to-end bedrijfsprocessen.
Must haves
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als Business Analyst binnen digitale transformatieprojecten.
- Ervaring met MS Dynamics 365 CRM of andere CRM tool
- Ervaring met Agile/Scrum en refinements.
- Ervaring met procesanalyses binnen complexe omgevingen met meerdere systeemintegraties.
- Ervaring met JIRA en Confluence.
Wie ben je en wat kan je
- Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring als Business Analyst.
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met MS Dynamics 365 CRM en begrijpt de standaardprocessen.
- Je kan businessprocessen analyseren en optimaliseren binnen complexe IT-landschappen.
- Je hebt ervaring met systeemintegraties tussen CRM-, financiële en digitale platformen.
- Je voert impactanalyses uit en bewaakt de samenhang tussen processen en systemen.
- Je bent analytisch sterk en beschikt over een kritische, oplossingsgerichte mindset.
- Je communiceert vlot met zowel business als IT-stakeholders.
- Je hebt ervaring binnen Agile/Scrum teams.
- Je hebt kennis van JIRA en Confluence. xlxgzvr
