Wat zal je job inhouden?
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping things running smoothly? As a Carfleet Admin Support , you’ll be the driving force behind the efficient management of a company’s vehicle fleet. From coordinating maintenance and tracking vehicle performance to managing documentation and assisting drivers, you’ll ensure everything stays on the road and on schedule. Your problem-solving skills and proactive approach will help prevent delays and keep operations moving seamlessly.
You will join a dynamic Corporate Operations Management Team and provide support with the administration and coordination of the car fleet across 10 European countries.
Your responsibilities as a Carfleet Admin Support :
- Handle day-to-day fleet administration such as vehicle orders, fuel management, mileage analysis.
- Manage incoming emails and invoice checks .
- Act as the first point of contact for drivers and suppliers across multiple countries regarding general enquiries and questions via phone and email.
- Support the team with various operational and administrative tasks as needed.

As a Carfleet Admin Support you have following skills:
- University degree (or equivalent relevant work experience)
- Proven work experience in an administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Clear communication skills and good time management.
- Business proficiency in English; proficiency in any of the following languages is a big plus: Czech, Dutch, French, German, Polish, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian or Hungarian.
- Driving license required.
- Good knowledge of MS Office .
- A team player with an international mindset.
- Available for an interim contract of 18 months
