We're looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international team in Greece, supporting customers for a leading global automotive group behind brands such as Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Citroën, Fiat, Jeep, Maserati, Opel, and Peugeot.

Whether you're helping a customer understand a vehicle feature, assisting with connected services, or resolving a technical issue, you'll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of the customer support team, you'll assist Dutch-speaking customers with a wide variety of enquiries, including:
- Providing support via phone and email
- Assisting customers with vehicle-related questions and product information
- Helping customers with order updates and service enquiries
- Supporting users with connected vehicle services and infotainment systems
- Investigating issues and finding effective solutions using internal tools and resources
- Maintaining accurate customer records within CRM systems
- Working closely with colleagues and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Delivering professional, friendly, and efficient service in every interaction
No two days are the same, and you'll continuously develop your knowledge of both customer service and the automotive industry.
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch and excellent communication skills
- Good English language skills
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a customer-facing role is an advantage
- Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A positive, customer-focused attitude
- Interest in the automotive industry is a plus
