Sportsbook Product Manager

The context

Golden Palace is reshaping its Belgian sportsbook and preparing its launch in France. A new app is live, our suppliers are in place, and mobile is where most bets are placed.

What’s missing is a Product Manager who looks at the product through the eyes of a bettor, knows what really makes a difference in the player journey, and turns that view into a clear roadmap and concrete delivery.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Sportsbook, with short decision loops, limited meetings and real trust in product ownership.

Your role

You take full ownership of the sportsbook product, from discovery to delivery and optimisation, on web and mobile. You improve what exists, shape what comes next and back every proposal with data and expected business value.

Key responsibilities

• Product ownership (end-to-end): own the sportsbook product and follow every request from definition to development, testing and release.

• Roadmap: build and maintain a clear, realistic roadmap for Belgium and the French launch, with clear priorities and ETAs.

• Player journey and UX: analyse the product as a bettor would, spot friction (especially on mobile) and focus on what really changes the experience.

• Data and KPIs: set up product KPIs and a product dashboard, and use A/B testing and user behaviour to drive decisions.

• Market and competitor analysis: monitor sportsbook operators in Belgium, France and the broader EU and turn insights into actionable improvements.

• Development follow-up: translate product needs into clear requirements for the tech team and follow up on progress, blockers and delivery.

• Suppliers and Customer Service: manage our sportsbook providers (e.g. Altenar, GiG) and act as the product reference for Customer Service.

Your profile

• Hands-on experience on an online sportsbook product is a must, ideally as a Product Manager.

• Not a Product Manager yet, but coming from another sportsbook role (trading, operations, CRM...) with a strong product sense? We’d be happy to talk.

• Strong understanding of sportsbook mechanics: markets, odds, bet placement and bettor behaviour.

• A sharp eye for UX/UI, combined with the judgement to separate game changers from details.

• Data-driven: comfortable with KPIs, analysis and prioritisation trade-offs.

• Execution-focused: you make sure things get delivered, not just designed.

• Fluent English. French and/or Dutch is a real plus.

• Mobile product experience and a technical background are assets, not blockers.
