Head of Product Management LIMS / LIS Clinical Diagnostics

Eurofins seeks a Head of Product Management to lead the LIMS/LIS Clinical Diagnostics platform across Europe. This leadership role manages a team of up to six product professionals and oversees the product lifecycle from strategy through delivery and continuous improvement, serving the clinical diagnostics business and other operations worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with enterprise strategy
- Lead multidisciplinary team of Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Functional Analysts
- Own product backlog; prioritize epics, features, and requirements based on business value
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business expectations and quality standards
- Manage product across full lifecycle and drive continuous optimization of value and user experience
Requirements
- Senior product management experience in complex IT environments, with team leadership of 5-6 people
- Laboratory and/or Clinical Diagnostics industry background required
- Strong understanding of software product lifecycles and agile/hybrid delivery models
- Experience with LIMS/LIS products or development; familiarity with ITSM tools preferred
- Data-driven decision-making with ability to prioritize by value, risk, and effort
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Understanding of IT systems, integrations, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
